As the Head of Sales, you will be playing a key role in our Go-to-Market team, with the main goal to create the best-in-class scalable and solid SaaS sales flow. We are looking for a people manager that gets energy from the team’s success, leading by example, investing time in coaching and mentoring of team members and is a true believer in our ‘never stop learning’ value. Next to team management and expansion responsibilities, you will focus on further professionalizing and optimizing of both internal and client-facing processes in order to continuously achieve our growth goals. The Head of Sales should set high-quality standards and have our ‘obsession with excellence’ value in their blood. The head of sales reports directly to Omnia's CCO.
Key responsibilities for this position:
Lead our international sales team
Engage negotiations with C-level executives of multinationals
Manage, coach, and further build out our Sales team in order to leverage individual strengths, and empower our Account Executives and BDRs
Create the best-in-class SaaS sales flow that guarantees Omnia delivers on its growth targets
Optimizing and streamlining both the Inbound and Outbound Sales processes
Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to win key clients
Re-accessing current KPI’s to ensure alignment between company goals and team KPIs
Ensure accurate reporting on progress towards KPIs and utilize process-supporting tools like Hubspot
Have a clear view of the market and competitors and be a trusted adviser to our (potential) clients
Accelerate sales by making an impact in supporting the team at key moments (e.g. meetings) especially at enterprise deals.
Provide input to Omnia’s leadership team with regards to the optimal international roll-out strategy

You are a confident leader and people manager, with a strong sense of ownership and integrity. You never stop learning, aren't afraid of thinking out of the box and thrive on success. What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
People management skills gained from a fast-moving; technology-driven company.
Experience leading sales teams to success on both individual and company KPI growth;
At least 8 years of enterprise SaaS sales background
In-depth understanding of the e-commerce and retail business is a huge plus
Experience setting up and optimizing sales processes
Thorough understanding of SaaS dynamics: excellent ability to connect business problems to a technical solution and translate into commercial opportunities;
Demonstrable experience working with data and making data-driven decisions;
