With the acquisition of Patagona GmbH we are the market leader in the DACH and Benelux region and we have ambitious goals to become Europe’s market leader in 2022.


We’re looking for a HRM Intern / Working Student for our office in Darmstadt, you will work on different projects to improve our employee experience and engagement, across topics as Onboarding, Learning & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Culture & Values, and Office & Events. This is a great chance for you if you want to create direct and lasting impact in a fast-paced organisation.

The key responsibilities for this position are:


  • Preparing and managing preboarding and onboarding of new hires

  • Helping optimize our current HR processes

  • Supporting employee engagement projects

  • Building our employer brand by keeping our online presence up to date

  • Assisting with performance management procedures

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

  • Assisting with recruitment activities


Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and is consistently proactive. You are highly organised and approachable and comfortable with dealing with a variety of people.


Apart from that, you are:

  •  A native German speaker, comfortable communicating in English;

  • A student in the field of (labor) law, HR, (organisational) psychology, business administration or economics;

  • A strong communicator;

  • Detail oriented;

  • Available to join us from September 2022 (part time, while studying)
