Through the Omnia traineeship, we offer a unique opportunity for top international talent to learn everything about SaaS, scale-ups, pricing and e-commerce. By participating in multiple teams with extensive training and coaching, Omnia trainees set themselves up perfectly for a flourishing SaaS career as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager or Solution Consultant. In the role of Junior Consultant, you participate and contribute from day 1. As a Junior Consultant, you have up to 2 years of work experience, and you are curious about various business areas. Would you like to experience them and gain more practical knowledge before focusing on a specific career path? This program is tailor-made for you!

 

The traineeship consists of 3 rotations with a total duration of 15 months, each rotation is setup with predefined goals and graduation moments. You will be actively trained, coached and mentored by managers, peers and trainers.

The rotations are:

  • Technical Support
    You will get to know our products and our customers by actively working on technical and analytical challenges
  • Sales
    You will be taught to advise and consult customers at C-level about their pricing challenges
  • Customer Success
    You ensure our customers are satisfied and make effective use of our software by building strong sustainable relationships

On top of the rotations, you actively and frequently collaborate with our Product and Consultancy teams. 

After successfully graduating from all rotations, you will transition into one of the roles we have mutually chosen as the best career path for you. With a strong focus on developing a wide range of commercial & consultancy skills and domain & product knowledge, this program is designed for Young Professionals who pursue a career in SaaS.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

A solution-minded, communicative person with a passion for e-commerce and SaaS. You are analytical and have a pragmatic approach to solving challenges at the same time. You are able to build relationships with Omnia clients. You are a team player with a high sense of responsibility, who likes to actively contribute to the team and our service.


  • You are holding at least a Bachelor's degree 
  • You have a clear passion for technology and or pricing and e-commerce
  • You are commercially driven and understand business implications and context of different customers
  • You are solution focused and feel comfortable working with data (we like to quantify our results)
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Any other language is a plus
  • Omnia's core values align with your personal values
  • You are eligible to work in Germany or the Netherlands (we do not offer relocation support for this role)

The interview process

The process takes approximately 3 weeks and includes interviews with managers and current trainees, an assignment and starts with an online assessment.
