Junior Solution Consultant 

Demand for Omnia is rising quickly in Europe, after successful launches with most large retailers in the Netherlands. In light of our explosive growth and aggressive plans for the future, Director of Customer Success, Haiko Krumm and the Go-To-Market team are ready to welcome a Junior Solution Consultant to the team.


What are we facing? 

As a Jr. Solutions Consultant you have a pivotal role in the company and the entire customer lifecycle. You will start your career by gaining knowledge about the product by delivering support to our clients. You will be THE go-to person for in depth knowledge about our product and troubleshooting. You will gain deep knowledge of pricing and marketing and will translate client pricing and marketing strategies into pricing and marketing metrics properly implemented in the Omnia software.


As you learn more about the tool, you will transition into a more consultative, customer-facing role. You’ll accompany solutions consultants on site visits, learn more about the SaaS sales cycle, and become an expert in pricing and marketing automation, as well as the general field of retail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with your colleagues on the development and implementation of pricing and marketing strategies. 

What is comes down to

  • Consult customers on how Omnia can be used to tackle their needs
  • Serve as the expert of the Omnia products, helping customers, Go-To-Market team, and Product & Development with questions and issues. 
  • Tackle inbound customer requests. You will be the owner of Customer Service and our Knowledge Base (report and align with product & development about bugs, incidents and requests) 
  • Improve our Knowledge Base, University content & usage, suggesting product and process improvements
  • Monitor data flows and client consoles proactively, spotting bugs and issues. 
  • Help Product and Development improve the product, including testing bugs and new features.
  • Educate clients on pricing and marketing strategies and technical implementation
  • Perform data analysis for prospective clients; helping the client to evaluate the impact of their pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Help to improve the Omnia product based on feedback from Omnia customers and your own pricing & marketing knowledge.
  • When you are up and running, we expect you to spend approximately fifty percent of your time on inbound customer requests and pro-active monitoring. The remaining time you will work on other projects and ramping up for your Consulting adventure. 

Go-to-market team 

The Jr. Solution Consultant is part of the Go-To-Market Team reporting to Haiko Krumm. The team consist of a Sales Manager, Solution Consultants, a Growth Marketer, Customer Success Managers, an onboarding manager and BDR’s. Within the next few months the Go-To-Market Team will expand with a Sales Director, Sales Manager and more consultants. 


What are we looking for? 

As a solution-minded young professional with passion for e-commerce, you are analytical but have a pragmatic approach to solve challenges and the ability to manage relationships with Omnia clients. You are a team player with a high sense of responsibility, who likes to actively contribute to the team and our service.


  • Academic or bachelor’s degree, preferably a quantitative study
  • 0-3 years of working experience 
  • Ability to connect business problems to a technical solution, together with a commercial understanding
  • Strong communicator in English, both oral and written. Any second language is a plus
  • Being able to deep dive in a product and look for a technical solution
  • Service oriented, you thrive on making clients happy
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Able to motivate and move people
  • Ability to translate business problems to a technical solution, together with a commercial understanding
