Lead Backend Developer

At Omnia Retail we are building a SaaS application for retailers, ecommerce platforms and brands allowing them to implement and automate their pricing strategies. With solid portfolio of customers we are experiencing the increasing need for product development and expansion. 

The Lead Backend Developer will be working on perfecting the software that analyses over half a billion prices and makes millions of price changes per day. You will be leading a team that embraces DevOps methodologies and building quality software. We are looking for a Lead Developer with a passion for people management, process management, solid technical and problem solving skills and who fully understands the importance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for the delivery of quality, resilient software as per Omnia’s technical principles and architecture. You’ll support and coach your team members in developing their professional skills and ensuring that the team atmosphere is one where people can thrive.


  • At least 8 years of software development experience and solid C#/.NET background,
  • Passion for people management, experience with coaching and mentoring of more junior team members,
  • Self-starter that thrives in a team environment,
  • Excellent knowledge of modern software development and collaboration tools, 
  • Experience with CICD pipelines (any will do, Teamcity, Octopus, Jenkins etc…),
  • Demonstrable experience working with non-technical stakeholders,
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
