Office Manager

Job description

We’re looking for an office manager for our office in Darmstadt as part of our Operations team, with the purpose of creating an engaging and scalable organization. You will be the first point of contact for our Darmstadt-based employees and, together with the Amsterdam-based Employee Experience Manager, you will work on different projects to improve our employee experience and engagement. This is an excellent chance for someone with a genuine interest in people and who likes to take ownership to gradually improve our company culture.

The key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Making sure our employees and visitors are taken care of at our beautiful and green office;

  • Assisting in the onboarding of new colleagues and ensuring they have all the needed tools;

  • Administration of office, HR, and finance-related processes;

  • Assisting in organizing company, team, and customer events.


The ideal candidate is someone who takes the initiative and is consistently proactive. You are highly organized and approachable, and feel comfortable dealing with various people.

Apart from that, you are:

  • A native German speaker;

  • Comfortable communicating in English (English is our primary business language);

  • A people person;

  • A strong communicator;

  • Detail oriented;

  • A self-starter;

  • Available to join us 24 - 28 hours per week
