Sales Development Representative

Job description

Demand for Omnia software is rising quickly in Europe, after successful launches with most large retailers in the Netherlands. We're ready to send the sales team across Europe, and are looking for a new Sales Development Representative to help pave our way across the continent.

 

What are we facing?

We are expanding rapidly, and we would like to enhance our success by hiring a Sales Development Representative. The main goal for the Sales Development Rep (SDR) is to deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to the Sales Managers via Outbound prospecting. You will need to actively reach out to Omnia’s most desired customers (Europe Top 4000) with the aim of introducing Omnia and setting up a qualified appointment for the Sales Manager.
 

What it comes down to

  • Deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls/emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest
  • Understand the retailers needs and requirements and whether there is a good match between the customer and Omnia’s software
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to build the territory and pipeline
  • Accurately update CRM and other systems with notes, call details,  and other relevant lead/client information as appropriate

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Knowledge of retail in general and e-commerce in particular
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Hubspot) is a plus
  • Strong communicator in English, both written and oral. German, French and/or Dutch are a plus
