Demand for Omnia software is rising quickly in Europe. After successful launches with most of the large retailers in the Netherlands, and with significant funding from an external firm, Omnia’s ready to expand and send the sales team across Europe. To do this, we need an Amsterdam-based Sales Director to manage the team, grow the business, and build a SaaS sales machine. As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding the sales team and BDRs and will report directly to the CEO of Omnia.
What are we facing?
Thanks to the impact of pricing and marketing automation, sell-in of Omnia is almost always at board level of medium-sized retailers (10-100MM in annual sales) and often one level below board level at large-sized retailers (100MM+ in annual sales). As a result of the nature of the product, the sales process is very much a consultative selling process. Sales cycles are typically 3-9 months.
What it comes down to
The Sales Director is part of the Go-To-Market Team and reports to our Founder & CEO Sander Roose. The team consists of a BDR, Sales Manager Benelux & UK, Solution Consultants, a Growth Marketer, Content Marketer, Visual Designer, Customer Success Director and Customer Success Manager. Within the next few months the Go-To-Market Team will expand with a Sales Manager France & DACH region, Enterprise Account Manager, SMB Account Manager, and consultants.
