To do this, we need an Amsterdam-based Sales Director to manage the team, grow the business, and build a SaaS sales machine. As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding the sales team and BDRs and will report directly to the CEO of Omnia.

Thanks to the impact of pricing and marketing automation, sell-in of Omnia is almost always at board level of medium-sized retailers (10-100MM in annual sales) and often one level below board level or even at board level at large-sized retailers (100MM+ in annual sales). As a result of the nature of the product, the sales process is very much a consultative selling process. Sales cycles are typically 3-9 months.
