The Sales Director will be playing the key role in our Go to Market team, with as main goal to create a best-in-class repetitive scalable SaaS sales machine that guarantees Omnia delivers on its aggressive growth targets. We are looking for a people manager getting energy from the team’s success, investing time in coaching and mentoring of team members and a true believer in our ‘never stop learning’ value.
Next to team management and expansion responsibilities the Sales Director will focus on further professionalization and optimization of both internal and client-facing processes in order to continuously achieve, overachieve and set new aggressive Sales Goals. The Sales Manager should set high-quality standards and have our ‘obsessed with excellence’ value in his blood.

The demand for Omnia software is rising quickly in Europe. After successful launches with most of the large retailers in the Netherlands, first clients in DACH and the UK and with significant funding from an external firm, Omnia is ready to expand and send the sales team across Europe. To do this, we need an Amsterdam-based Sales Director to manage the team, grow the business, and build a SaaS sales machine. As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding the sales team and BDRs and will report directly to the CEO of Omnia.
Thanks to the impact of pricing and marketing automation, sell-in of Omnia is almost always at board level of medium-sized retailers (10-100MM in annual sales) and often one level below board level or even at board level at large-sized retailers (100MM+ in annual sales). As a result of the nature of the product, the sales process is very much a consultative selling process. Sales cycles are typically 3-9 months.
The Sales Director is part of the Go-To-Market Team and reports to our Founder & CEO Sander Roose. The team consists of a BDR, Account Executive Benelux & UK, Solution Consultants, a Growth Marketer, Content Marketer, Visual Designer, Customer Success Director, and Customer Success Manager. Within the next few months, the Go-To-Market Team will expand with a Sales Manager France & DACH region, Enterprise Account Manager, SMB Account Manager, and consultants.
