Demand for Omnia is rising quickly in Europe, after successful launches with most large retailers in the Netherlands. This rapid scale-up is further enabled by a significant funding round that Omnia Retail closed in August 2017 and in May 2018 Omnia Retail opened its London office. CEO Sander Roose and the Solution Consultants are ready to welcome more team members into the Go-To-Market team. As our new Solution Consultant you will have an instrumental role in helping new clients get the most out of Omnia’s pricing and marketing solutions and developing the future of our SaaS service.

What are we facing?
As a Solutions Consultant you have a pivotal role in the entire customer lifecycle. Together with the team you develop and implement strategies, to take the retailer's pricing (and marketing) strategy to an entirely new level. During the sales process you assist the Omnia Sales Managers in the various markets where Omnia is active with your deep knowledge of pricing, marketing and the Omnia product. You inform and engage the potential client and show them the added value of Omnia. When the contract is signed by sales and the client moves to the pilot phase, you are ready to translate the clients pricing and marketing strategy into pricing and marketing tactics properly implemented in the Omnia software. The success of the use of this SaaS solution by our clients, lies completely in your hands. 

What is comes down to

  • Consult clients on how Omnia can be used to tackle their needs
  • Educate clients on pricing and marketing strategies and technical implementation
  • Assisting the sales manager in the later stages of the sales cycle with deep product and functional knowledge
  • Perform data analysis for prospective clients; helping the client to evaluate the impact of their pricing and marketing strategies
  • Create a specific presentation or demo that precisely meets the needs of prospects
  • Demonstrate thought leadership  in the form writing blog posts and giving trainings/meetups 
  • Help to improve the Omnia product based on feedback you get from Omnia clients and your own deep pricing & marketing knowledge

Go-to-market team
The Solution Consultant is part of the Go-To-Market Team reporting into our Founder Sander Roose. The team consist of a BDR, Sales Manager, Solution Consultants, a Growth Marketer and Customer Success Manager. Within the next few month the Go-To-Market Team will be expanded with an Enterprise Account Manager, SMB Account Manager, Content Strategist, a Visual Designer and consultants, of course.


What are we looking for? 

As a solution minded professional with passion for e-commerce, you are analytical but have a pragmatic approach to solve challenges and the ability to manage relationships with Omnia clients. You are a team player with a high sense of responsibility, who likes to actively contribute to the team and our service.

  •  Ability to connect business problems to a technical solutions, together with a commercial understanding
  •  Experience in consultancy, e-commerce or online marketing;
  •  Academic degree, preferably University of Technology, Econometrics or other quantitative studies
  •  Excellent presentation and listening skills
  •  Able to motivate and move people
  •  Ability to translate business problems to a technical solutions, together with a commercial understanding
  •  Dutch is your native language and you’re fluent in English, both written and oral. German and French are a plus.
