Solutions Consultant

Job description

As a Solutions Consultant, you are the Subject Matter Expert and Trusted Advisor for both internal and external stakeholders. Your purpose is to help Omnia and our customers to achieve overall commercial goals by sharing and increasing knowledge and insights. You will be the linking pin between customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development Teams. You help prospects as well as seasoned customers by translating their business needs into solutions with the Omnia product. You conduct research and analysis and share your knowledge and insights in blogs & whitepapers. Internal teams and Omnia Customers will value your in-depth product knowledge, passion for retail and e-commerce pricing strategies. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Gathering, increasing and sharing market intelligence on the retail business landscape, pricing, marketing automation, and other relevant for Omnia and our customers' topics,
  • Translating market trends into actionable feedback, product suggestions, and commercial opportunities,
  • Facilitating marketing, sales, customer success, and product management departments to achieve their goals, ex: assisting sales via custom demos & domain knowledge; cooperating with the marketing team to develop best in class content via your ever-evolving domain expertise, including University & Knowledge Base, Blog posts, insights and data analyses, showcases, etc.
  • Evangelizing customer success through onboarding training, customer workshops & data analysis
  • Working together with the Product Management team on incorporating market trends & customer feedback to improve Omnia products


As a solution-minded professional with passion for e-commerce, you are analytical but have a pragmatic approach to solve challenges and the ability to manage relationships with Omnia clients. You are a team player with a high sense of responsibility, who likes to actively contribute to the team and our service.

  • Relevant experience as a solutions consultant and/or working in e-commerce or retail environment creating and implementing pricing strategies;
  • Passion for e-commerce and retail.
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrable capacity to create quality insights and content based on own research;
  • Experience with content strategy planning and creation to support Omnia Sales and Marketing efforts,
  • Near-native or native English speaking and writing skills; Dutch, German or French will be considered a plus.
