To continuously keep this reality, we are looking for a Team Lead to join our Development team. Together with your team, your will own the pricing engine, API, the analytics pipeline and user management.

You will be leading a team that embraces DevOps methodologies and building quality software. You have a passion for people management, process management, and fully understand the importance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.


  • About 8 years of experience with C#/.Net
  • Strong (proven) managerial skills
  • Passion for people & process management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and self-motivated
  • Experience with databases such as Postgresql
  • Experience with CICD pipelines
  • Software testing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Timekeeping and reporting

What will you be doing?

As the Team Lead, you will dedicate part of your time (about 50%) supporting and coaching your team members in developing their professional skills and ensuring that the team atmosphere is optimal. Next to it, you will also be involved in operational daily tasks. 

  • Line management for team members

  • Team planning and process management

  • Hiring and onboarding new team members

  • Mentoring and coaching team members

  • Fostering a happy and productive team

  • Managing the team’s software development within technical constraints based on architecture decisions and Omnia software development practices

Recruitment process

We aim to finish the recruitment process within approximately 3 weeks. The first step is an introduction call with our recruiter. After that, there will be 3 interviews, a questionnaire, and one assignment.
