About the position 

As a Marketing Specialist at Omnia, you will manage a variety of marketing tasks that are essential to driving brand awareness and engagement. Your responsibilities will include creating and curating content for social media, updating and optimizing the website, and designing marketing materials.
Experience in SaaS B2B marketing is essential, as you will work closely with various teams to align marketing efforts with Omnia’s goals and deliver value to our customers.

What will you be doing?

Your days will be a mix of creative, strategic, and hands-on work. Here’s a taste of what to expect:

  • Develop and manage a content strategy across multiple channels, including social media, landing pages, white papers, and email campaigns, to drive demand and engagement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to bring creative content ideas to life

  • Update and optimize website content to ensure it remains vibrant, user-friendly, and aligned with our goals.

  • Research market trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the B2B marketing landscape.

  • Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Gainsight, and SEMrush to create, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns.

  • Align marketing efforts with Omnia’s overall goals while continuously developing your skills in digital marketing and storytelling.

Job requirements

What makes you a great fit?

We’re looking for someone eager to learn, who thrives in a collaborative environment and who has a flair for creativity. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 1-3 solid years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • A curious mindset with the ability to spot trends and turn them into actionable ideas.

  • A natural talent for storytelling across various formats—think blogs, emails, and social posts.

  • Knowledge of tools like Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, CMS software (like WordPress) and CRM software (like HubSpot). Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.

  • An interest in the tech industry, and maybe even a soft spot for retail or e-commerce.

  • Excellent English communication skills.
